Presented as a “Sin City” type film noir, we indeed have a similar use of black and white with here and there colour. Perhaps not ‘original’, but it looks nice.
Jack from the title is a former undercover cop who is hunted by both his former colleagues and the organisation that he infiltrated. When an attempt was made on his life in Amsterdam, Jack returns to London to try to find out who was after the attack.
“Jack Falls” is perhaps more typically ‘film noir’ than “Sin City”, so not an action spectacle, but slower, more of a thriller.
A nice film should you have missed it too.
