“Dream House” starts as a typical film in which a family moves to a house, find out that something terrible happened there and that something is wrong. This results in a couple of nice, tense scenes. After a while the story makes a u-turn and becomes more interesting. Not that “Dream House” is incredibly surprising, but the ancient theme is worked into a more contemporary story. Inspite of the names of Daniel Graig, Naomi Watts and Rachel Weisz, people do not seem too pleased with the film, but for a Hollywood thriller it is not really bad either.
