I thought this would be a music comedy, but actually it is a boring drama. “Delicious D” is a paralyzed homeless man. However he looks like some grunge musician, he actually is a DJ trying to become a rockstar. At some point Dean founds out that he has the power to heal people. First the pastor that owns the homeless shelter where Dean gets his food exploits his gift, then Dean decides to make the best of both and becomes a healing rockstar in a band with Orlando Bloom and Juliette Lewis. The story might have something, but the film is simply sad and the acting unconvincing. Initially the band that he joins is funny, but when they reek money, the sound becomes somewhat of a batcave punkrock band.
